Kim Tae-hwan, Head of the International Trade Department at the Korea Federation of SMEs, stated, "It is very encouraging that many local governments and institutions are cooperating on overseas marketing strategies for local SMEs by utilizing non-face-to-face and digital methods in response to the post-COVID era," adding, "The Korea Federation of SMEs also plans to actively review and support ways to enhance the effectiveness of untact export support projects at its local offices."
