Prudential Life Launches Sales Management System for Life Planners
[Asia Economy Reporter Oh Hyung-gil] Prudential Life Insurance announced on the 29th that it has launched an integrated sales management system to enable life planners to systematically manage their customers.
Named 'James,' this system was developed to provide various services such as mobile activity management, prospect discovery, customer and contract management, customer needs analysis, subscription design, electronic application, and a digital assistant.
Prudential Life Insurance analyzed the sales activity paths of life planners and, through user testing, developed an optimized system that can be effectively used in the field. According to user group test results, life planners were able to reduce the time spent on customer and sales management, and tasks previously done manually were managed as data, improving the accuracy of sales management.
Additionally, it was developed to be usable on various digital devices such as smartphones and tablet PCs, allowing sales activities to be conducted without location constraints.
