[Asia Economy (Daejeon) Reporter Jeong Il-woong] The Korea Rail Network Authority announced on the 27th that it donated 30 million won to the Daejeon Ssokbang Counseling Center under the Housing Welfare Foundation to support vulnerable residents living along railway tracks who are facing economic difficulties. The donation will be used to provide blankets, electric mats, and quarantine masks to 400 vulnerable households. Since March, the Rail Network Authority has been helping vulnerable groups by creating a fund from wages voluntarily returned by its employees.
