KB Securities Launches 'KB able Account-EasyFolio' Wrap Service
[Asia Economy Reporter Oh Ju-yeon] KB Securities announced on the 27th that it will launch the 'KB able Account-EasyFolio' Wrap service (EasyFolio), where the KB Securities house view-based model portfolio and customer-tailored portfolio are managed simultaneously in one account.
EasyFolio (Easy+Portfolio) was prepared to allow anyone to easily experience the advantages of a portfolio that minimizes risk if the expected return is the same.
This is a discretionary Wrap service where the model portfolio managed by the head office portfolio manager of the Wrap Management Department, based on the Research Center's global asset allocation strategy, and the customer-tailored portfolio managed by the branch portfolio manager based on individual customer requests, are operated simultaneously according to the investment proportions decided by the customer.
Customers can easily invest in KB Securities' asset allocation portfolio and reflect their opinions in investments by adjusting the investment proportions between the model portfolio and the customer-tailored portfolio or changing the assets included in the customer-tailored portfolio according to market conditions.
The model portfolio of EasyFolio can be selected from three types, all operated with domestic and international ETFs.
The first is Moderato, a multi-asset portfolio that adjusts the ratio of stocks to bonds between 6:4 and 7:3 depending on market conditions. The second and third are Andante, which reduces the stock allocation from Moderato, and Allegro, which increases the stock allocation.
The customer-tailored portfolio of EasyFolio includes various assets such as domestic and international stocks (including ETFs), beneficiary certificates, domestic and international bonds, and derivative-linked securities, incorporated and managed according to individual customer requests, considering different investment objectives and tendencies.
Considering the service characteristics of EasyFolio, which reflects individual customer requests, KB Securities plans to provide a monthly portfolio report composed of information helpful for portfolio investment decisions. This includes the model portfolio of the month, KB Research asset allocation strategy, global capital flows, major issues and events in the financial market, and more.
Kim Yoo-sung, Head of the Investment Solutions Center, said, "We expect the EasyFolio service to serve as the first step for customers to easily experience essential portfolio investments in a low-interest-rate environment," adding, "We will continue to make our best efforts to provide various services to enhance customer satisfaction."
The minimum subscription amount for 'EasyFolio' is 10 million KRW, and fees are applied according to the fee structure of each managed portfolio.
