KB Securities Launches 'KB able US Representative Growth Stock Lab'
[Asia Economy Reporter Oh Ju-yeon] KB Securities announced on the 12th that it will launch the 'KB able US Representative Growth Stock Wrap,' which is operated based on the global investment strategy and US stock selection of its Research Center.
The KB able US Representative Growth Stock Wrap primarily invests in US-listed companies that maintain steady profit growth and includes a certain portion of defensive stocks to prepare for market volatility risks. Additionally, it aims to achieve excess returns by partially including small and mid-cap stocks with high growth potential despite their smaller size.
Specifically, it prioritizes investing in companies that increase return on equity through profit growth in their business models and shareholder returns, and selects companies showing high growth in digital business sectors or those that have transitioned to new business models such as B2C. The allocation is managed based on the Research Center’s proprietary valuation model tool.
Furthermore, KB Securities Research Center plans to thoroughly check and manage risks by analyzing the 'risk-return profile' to assess the appropriateness of expected returns relative to risk, judging stock attractiveness through competitor comparisons, and carefully monitoring debt situations and potential financial risks.
In particular, KB Securities Research Center, which has formed a strategic partnership with the US-based Stifel Financial Group, will establish US stock investment strategies and model portfolios, while the Wrap Management Department will be responsible for final operation, providing the service through organic collaboration and a systematic management process.
A KB Securities official stated, "Although there has been a recent market downturn led by technology stocks, we consider it a healthy correction due to volatility, and since the technology industry still has high growth potential, we will select and include good stocks. We also plan to include beneficiaries of eco-friendly infrastructure, which are discussed as next-generation growth engines, in the portfolio."
The minimum subscription amount for the KB able US Representative Growth Stock Wrap is 50 million KRW, with fees of 1.0% upfront and 1.6% annually in arrears.
