[Asia Economy Reporter Ryu Jeong-min] Yoon Ji-hoon, senior administrative officer, has been appointed as the new Personnel Secretary at the Blue House.
Kang Min-seok, spokesperson for the Blue House, announced on the 28th, "President Moon Jae-in has appointed Yoon Ji-hoon, senior administrative officer of the Personnel Secretary's Office, as the Personnel Secretary of the Presidential Secretariat today."
Secretary Yoon was born in 1975 and graduated from Hansung High School in Seoul and Yonsei University with a degree in Theology. He holds a master's degree in Sociology from Sungkonghoe University and has completed doctoral coursework in Sociology at Sungkonghoe University.
