China Military Releases Video of Missile Launch Training for 'Taiwan Attack'
[Asia Economy Reporter Sung Ki-ho] Amid escalating military tensions between China and Taiwan, China conducted a drill in which 10 Dongfeng (東風·DF)-11A missiles were launched simultaneously.
According to Chinese-language media on the 26th, the Chinese military released a training video on the 24th from the Rocket Force missile brigade of the Eastern Theater Command, which oversees the area near Taiwan.
According to the video, missile launch vehicles carrying the missiles departed the base, arrived at the firing positions, and simultaneously launched 10 Dongfeng-11A missiles, destroying targets including runways.
The video did not specify the exact time or location of the drill, but subtitles such as "Always ready for battle" were reportedly displayed.
The Dongfeng-11A missile, an upgraded version of the Dongfeng-11 with a range of 300 km, has a maximum range of 700 km and can be used to attack Taiwan.

Regarding the release of this video, Su Zhenchang, Premier of Taiwan's Executive Yuan, stated, "Missiles are made with the people's hard-earned tax money," adding, "Tax money should not be used to threaten or destroy regional peace."
