According to Kim Tae-ho's office, on the 25th, they announced in writing that the Changwon District Prosecutors' Office Geochang Branch informed them of a 'no charges' disposition regarding the case of false information disclosure and prohibition of party representation under the Public Official Election Act following the April 15 general election.
Lawmaker Kim expressed his views, saying, "I apologize for causing concern to many people and express my gratitude," and added, "I will work with more humility and a sense of public responsibility going forward."
