[Asia Economy Reporter Oh Ju-yeon] On the 24th, the sky will be mostly cloudy nationwide, with heavy rain expected mainly in Gangwon Yeongdong.
On the 23rd, the Korea Meteorological Administration forecasted that rain will fall from the 24th to the 25th in Gangwon Yeongdong and the northern coastal area of Gyeongbuk, with some places receiving more than 120mm of rain. Additionally, the rain along the Gyeongsang East Coast and Jeju Island is expected to stop around 3 PM on the 24th.
Other regions are expected to be mostly cloudy.
The morning low temperatures are forecasted to be between 12 and 19 degrees Celsius, and the daytime high temperatures between 19 and 26 degrees Celsius. Fine dust levels are expected to be 'Good' across all regions.
Also, dense fog is expected in inland areas from dawn to morning, so special attention should be paid to traffic safety during the morning commute.
Strong winds will blow along the Gyeongsang coast and Jeju coast. On the Gyeongsang East Coast, high waves caused by swells may overflow onto sandy beaches or coastal roads, so caution is required to prevent accidents.
