The Consumer Evaluation Group, composed of university students and housewives in their 30s and 40s, will evaluate the company's non-face-to-face products and services from the customer's perspective until December and propose various ideas.
Since launching the first group in 2013, Hanwha General Insurance has appointed passionate and capable housewives as Customer Value Creation Committee members, applying customer perspective suggestions both online and offline to strengthen customer-centric services.
