Dongkuk Steel Intergis Practices Contactless Sharing Activities for Chuseok Holiday
[Asia Economy Reporter Hwang Yoon-joo] Intergis conducted a non-face-to-face social contribution activity on the 22nd by delivering donations raised through a Matching Grant method to the Busan Jung-gu Comprehensive Social Welfare Center and an orphanage.
This donation event was planned with the purpose of supporting children in orphanages and low-income families in the local community, who are experiencing difficulties due to the prolonged COVID-19 pandemic, to have a warm and comfortable Chuseok holiday.
Intergis employees donated a certain amount from their salaries for this fundraising event, and the company added matching funds, raising a total of 6 million KRW through the Matching Grant method.

The funds raised were delivered to the Busan Jung-gu Comprehensive Social Welfare Center and Miaewon, and were used to prepare Chuseok holiday supplies and daily necessities. The Chuseok supplies will be distributed to about 240 vulnerable households in the region. Intergis plans to continue practicing sharing by carrying out social contribution activities suitable for the non-face-to-face era in the future.
