View original image[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Cheol-hyun] The Korea Institute of Startup & Entrepreneurship Development (President Kim Kwang-hyun, hereinafter referred to as Kised) announced on the 21st that it signed an online business agreement with the Korea Maritime Transportation Safety Authority (Chairman Lee Yeon-seung) to promote startups and revitalize local communities in the maritime transportation safety sector.
This business agreement was conducted through a non-face-to-face remote video conference using 'Startup Link,' an online mentoring system developed by Kised to participate in social distancing measures due to the novel coronavirus disease (COVID-19).
The main points of the agreement are to establish a cooperative foundation in various fields by utilizing the infrastructure and resources possessed by both organizations to activate startups in the maritime and ship sectors, including ▲exchange of startup and maritime/ship-related content ▲exchange of technology and personnel related to startups, maritime, and ships ▲promotion of social contribution activities to realize social value.
