Tmax Supports Advancement Project for National Defense Cloud Service
Agreement between the Defense Integrated Data Center and the 'D-Cloud Subscription License'
[Asia Economy Reporter Jin-gyu Lee] TmaxSoft (hereinafter Tmax) announced on the 21st that it has signed a "D-Cloud Subscription License Agreement for the Advancement of Intelligent Defense Cloud Services" together with the Defense Integrated Data Center.
The Defense Integrated Data Center, responsible for integrated operation management and protection of defense computer systems, promoted the cloud transition of defense informatization tasks based on the "Cloud First" policy to reduce the defense informatization budget. Through this agreement, the Ministry of National Defense, Army, Navy, and Air Force will apply Tmax’s domestically developed commercial system software (SW) version optimized for cloud environments to commercial system software, which has limited cloud transition for major application systems.
Tmax supports the operation of Defense D-Cloud optimized for the introduction of new information resources during the D-Cloud transition for stable operation of information resources in the Army, Navy, and Air Force. It also agreed to cooperate to reduce IT costs and strengthen digital defense competitiveness.
