The land for lease is divided into three remaining industrial land parcels and three complex land parcels (partially allowing neighborhood living facilities) out of a total of 47 parcels available for lease.
The lease prices are set at approximately 1.9 million KRW per 3.3㎡ for industrial land and between 2.5 to 2.8 million KRW per 3.3㎡ for complex land.
The leasing schedule proceeds with the announcement on the 18th, followed by the submission of occupancy applications from November 2nd to 6th. Interested companies must complete and submit an application form detailing their company status and business promotion plans.
The city plans to hold the ‘Sejong Tech Valley Policy Deliberation Committee’ to review and evaluate applications, then select and announce the candidates for negotiation.
Companies selected as negotiation candidates must sign occupancy and land sale contracts by mid-December.
Detailed plans and schedules regarding tenant recruitment and land leasing can be found on the Sejong Tech Valley website or through the Korea Land and Housing Corporation Sejong Special Headquarters, the project implementer.
