[Bitcoin Now] Slight Rise in Domestic and International Bitcoin Prices... 12.8 Million KRW and 10,800 USD Levels
[Asia Economy Reporter Eunmo Koo] Bitcoin, the number one cryptocurrency by market capitalization, is showing a slight upward trend in both domestic and international markets, reaching 12.8 million KRW and 10,800 USD levels.
According to the cryptocurrency exchange Bithumb on the 16th, as of 8:20 AM, Bitcoin was priced at 12,807,000 KRW, up 0.43% (55,000 KRW) from 24 hours earlier. A total of 50.9 billion KRW worth of Bitcoin was traded during the day.
Other cryptocurrencies are showing mixed fluctuations. Bitcoin Cash (0.76%), Bitcoin SV (0.72%), and EOS (0.25%) are slightly up, while Chainlink (-4.30%), TRON (-1.96%), ADA (-1.07%), and Stellar Lumens (-0.93%) are declining.
At the same time, on Upbit, Bitcoin is trading at 12,804,000 KRW, up 1.15% (145,000 KRW) compared to the previous day.
Other cryptocurrencies on Upbit are also showing mixed movements. Bitcoin Cash (3.46%) and Bitcoin SV (0.59%) are rising, whereas TRON (-8.06%), Ethereum (-3.35%), and Ripple (-1.03%) are falling.
The upward trend is also seen in overseas markets. According to cryptocurrency market data provider CoinMarketCap, at the same time, Bitcoin was priced at 10,802.85 USD, up 0.97% from 24 hours earlier.
Most other cryptocurrencies are declining. Binance Coin (-11.46%) is sharply falling, along with Chainlink (-8.87%), Ethereum (-3.24%), and Ripple (-1.18%).
