The Ilgwang Branch is located in the Ilgwang District, a large-scale housing site in Busan Metropolitan City. Nearby are five industrial complexes including Jangansandan, and the adjacent Jeonggwan New Town. Additionally, 10,000 new apartment units and neighborhood shopping centers within a central commercial area consisting of a total of 35 lots are under development.
Busan Bank plans to expand community-based financial services along with stable asset growth by operating personal retail stores that cover individuals and small businesses in this area where financial demand centered on apartments and shopping centers is continuously increasing.
Furthermore, the branch will provide friendly and convenient financial services by creating resting spaces for local residents within the branch.
