According to the real-time international statistics site Worldometer, as of 10:29 AM on the 13th (Korean time), the total number of confirmed COVID-19 cases worldwide was 28,937,285.
By country, the United States had the highest number with 6,676,601 cases, followed by India (4,751,788), Brazil (4,315,858), Russia (1,057,362), and Peru (722,832).
The cumulative number of deaths worldwide due to COVID-19 was recorded at 924,511. By country, the United States had the highest number with 198,128 deaths, followed by Brazil (131,274), India (78,614), Mexico (70,604), and the United Kingdom (41,623).
