Busan Office of Education to Announce 2nd GED Passers on the 11th
Among 1,959 Applicants, 1,644 Passed... Pass Rate 83.9%
[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kim Yong-woo] The Busan Metropolitan Office of Education (Superintendent Kim Seok-jun) announced the list of successful candidates and individual scores for the 2020 2nd Qualification Examination held on August 22 on the 11th.
In this qualification exam, out of 2,249 applicants for the elementary, middle, and high school graduation courses, 1,959 took the exam, and 1,644 passed, showing an average pass rate of 83.92%.
Among them, perfect scores of 100 points were achieved by 2 elementary school graduates and 13 high school graduates. The oldest successful candidates were Yoon (female), 78 years old for elementary school, Song (female), 73 years old for middle school, and Heo (male), 69 years old for high school.

Certificates of passing will be issued at the City Office of Education Customer Support Office for one week from September 11 to 17 (excluding Saturdays and Sundays).
Successful candidates must wear masks when visiting the Customer Support Office, and if they have a fever (37.5℃ or higher) or respiratory symptoms (cough, difficulty breathing, etc.) on the day, they must receive the certificate after symptoms improve.
Also, certificates of passing and score certificates can be issued from the 11th at all school administrative offices and education office customer support offices nationwide. They can also be issued online through Government24 and the NEIS National Service for Citizens.
