Gyeonggi Housing and Urban公, Supply of 'Purchase Rental Housing' in Dongducheon, Osan, and Gimpo Areas
[Asia Economy (Suwon) = Reporter Lee Young-gyu] Gyeonggi Housing and Urban Corporation (GH) is recruiting tenants to live in demand-tailored purchased rental housing to improve the housing welfare of young workers employed at business sites in the province.
Purchased rental housing refers to existing houses such as multi-family, multi-household, and officetels that GH purchases and rents out at 30-50% of the market price.
The houses supplied in this tenant recruitment are 22 studio-type houses with an exclusive area of 18-28㎡ located near industrial complexes in Dongducheon, Osan, and Gimpo cities, characterized by easy access to public transportation and convenience facilities.
Eligibility for moving in requires applicants to be unmarried household members without a house, aged between 19 and 39, employed at workplaces located in the area where the housing is situated, and meeting certain income and asset requirements.
Rental conditions are set with a deposit and monthly rent at 50% of the surrounding market price for general applicants (those earning 70% or less of the average monthly income of urban workers), and at 30% of the surrounding market price for preferential applicants (such as recipients of livelihood or medical benefits).
