[Asia Economy Reporter Ki Ha-young] Hana Card announced on the 4th that it will provide emergency financial services starting from the 7th of this month for customers affected by Typhoon Maysak.
Applications for Hana Card's emergency financial service support can be made from the 7th of this month until October 30th. From the month of application, the usage amount on credit cards (lump sum, installment, card loan, cash service) can be deferred for up to six months. Even if the payment is overdue, debt collection will be suspended for up to six months, and installment repayment is allowed.
Also, during the billing deferral period, installment interest and card loan interest will not be charged, and interest on newly applied long-term card loans (card loans) and short-term card loans (cash services) until October 30th will be reduced by 30%.

Applications for support can be made by obtaining a 'Damage Confirmation Certificate' issued by the local administrative office and contacting the Hana Card Customer Care Center. Emergency financial service support can also be confirmed on the Hana Card website's notice board.
