Jeju Hosts First Online Job Fair in the 'Contactless Era'
Jeju Island, 2020 Ontact Youth DREAM Job Fair Held for 11 Days from September 7 to 17
Participation of 27 Companies and 19 Organizations ... Providing Employment Opportunities for Specialized High School Students and Youth
[Jeju=Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters, Reporter Park Chang-won] Jeju Special Self-Governing Province announced on the 1st that it will hold the 2020 Ontact Youth DREAM Job Fair from September 7 to 17.
This fair is the first online job fair promoted by Jeju Province, prepared to provide employment opportunities to youth while preventing the spread of COVID-19.
The fair will have participation from 27 companies and 19 institutions within the province, planning to hire more than 105 youth and specialized high school students.
In particular, Monolith Jeju Park Co., Ltd., Jeju Ramada Hotel, Flexink Co., Ltd., ATS Co., Ltd., and others plan to hire at least 5 specialized high school students and youth per company.
Taking advantage of the online job fair format, various programs such as a job lecture by YouTuber ‘Inssa Damdangja’, AI resume analysis and company matching, and online video interviews will be operated.
At the Ontact fair, through an AI-applied online registration system, participants can receive matching information for suitable recruiting companies, and unlimited use of AI resume analysis will be available during the event period.
Also, to prevent the spread of COVID-19, job seekers will apply online during the application period and participate in online video interviews using personal mobile phones or computers according to the interview schedule. Additionally, promotional videos of participating companies and various events will be provided.
