On the same day, Changwon Mayor Heo Seong-mu discussed the cooperative relationship as partners of export companies with Kim Yong-chan, the new head of the Gyeongnam KOTRA Support Group, in the city hall reception room, sharing opinions on the difficulties faced by local companies severely impacted by the novel coronavirus infection (COVID-19) and ways to overcome the export crisis.
Mayor Heo also requested KOTRA, which has 10 overseas headquarters and 127 overseas trade offices in 84 countries, to support overseas market trend analysis and discovery of genuine buyers on behalf of companies struggling with face-to-face overseas marketing.
Currently, Changwon City is planning the Changwon-India New Delhi defense online export consultation from the 4th to the 29th and the India automobile and machinery online export consultation on the 17th.
