"Helping SMEs with Hiring Challenges" SKT Hosts 'Non-Face-to-Face Recruitment Fair' for Partners
[Asia Economy Reporter Joselgina] SK Telecom is holding a 'non-face-to-face recruitment fair' to support partner companies struggling with talent recruitment due to the impact of the novel coronavirus disease (COVID-19).
SK Telecom announced on the 31st that from September 1 to November 30, for three months, it will open the 'SKT Biz Partner Recruitment Center' on the main page of the online recruitment site 'Saramin' to support the recruitment of talent for partner companies.
The SK Telecom partner companies participating this time include a total of 47 companies such as LK Technet, Baynex, Neonexsoft, Widenet Engineering, HFR, OTC Technology, and Mobigen, which are strong small and medium-sized enterprises in the 5G and AI fields. The industries of the participating companies include telecommunications, science and technology services, and service industries, and the recruitment positions are diverse, including research and development, management support, and field support.
Job seekers can check company introduction materials and recruitment guidelines for participating companies at the SKT Biz Partner Recruitment Center, ask questions to recruitment officers, and obtain detailed corporate information.
To this end, SK Telecom produced introduction brochures for each partner company through professional designers and decided to fully cover the banner advertising costs for each partner company to make it easy for job seekers to access.
This 'non-face-to-face recruitment fair' was planned as part of SK Telecom's efforts to find practical support measures to help partner companies. SK Telecom listened to the opinions of several partner companies that "it is difficult to recruit personnel and promote the company," and after three months of preparation, opened the recruitment center. Along with non-face-to-face recruitment support, SK will additionally support partner companies by providing free online job and ICT education through the SK Win-Win Growth Academy site. Untact solutions will also be provided to partner companies.
