[Asia Economy Reporter Park Jong-il] On the afternoon of the 27th, Chaehyunil, Mayor of Yeongdeungpo-gu, visited accident sites and areas at risk of safety incidents caused by Typhoon ‘Bavi’ to conduct safety accident surveillance activities aimed at preventing recurrence.
The mayor visited the Sin-gil 5-dong residential cooperative project area, where a power outage occurred due to rooftop panel falls caused by strong winds, to check the power restoration status and panel maintenance conditions.
He then visited the noise barrier renovation site at Usin Elementary School, urging thorough preventive measures and removal of hazards to prepare for safety accidents.
