Death Toll from Afghan Floods Rises to Over 150

On the 27th, according to major foreign media and local reports, Afghan disaster management authorities announced that more than 151 people have died due to recent floods in northern Parwan Province and other areas. The number of deaths from the floods surged from 38 in the afternoon of the previous day to over 100 by night. Major foreign media also report that the number of injured exceeds 250.
