[Asia Economy Reporter Hyungsoo Park] Research Alume expected that Duksan Techopia would benefit as Samsung Display selected the next-generation organic light-emitting diode (OLED) material set 'M11' on the 25th. The target stock price was suggested at 24,000 KRW.
Researcher Chungheon Lee of Research Alume explained, "Samsung Electronics and Apple are strategically launching new smartphones in the second half of the year," adding, "The second half corresponds to the peak season for OLED companies."
He continued, "Major set manufacturers secure component material volumes starting three months before launching new products," and added, "The performance of material suppliers begins to improve before the launch date."
Researcher Lee emphasized, "With Samsung Display adopting M11, OLEDs composed of the same materials will be used in both Galaxy and iPhone," and highlighted that Duksan Techopia can benefit in terms of versatility and applicability.
