Busan MFDS Holds 'School Meal Food Poisoning Response Council' Meeting
Finding Measures to Prevent Food Poisoning in School Cafeterias During the Fall Semester
[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kang Woo-kwon] The Busan Regional Office of the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety will hold the 'School Meal Food Poisoning Response Council' at the Busan Food and Drug Safety Office on the 24th, together with Busan City, Ulsan City, Gyeongnam Province, and the Busan, Ulsan, and Gyeongnam Offices of Education.
This council was organized to inspect the rapid response system for preventing food poisoning in school cafeterias and preventing its spread in case of occurrence, in preparation for the autumn school term.
The main agenda includes ▲inspection of the emergency response system operation in case of school meal food poisoning ▲sharing of food poisoning prevention plans by each institution ▲prevention and management methods considering the characteristics of major food poisoning pathogens.
