According to KB Financial on the 21st, this is the second communication activity with the MZ generation following the first session on the 12th. Chairman Yoon faced employees at the Yeouido headquarters equipped with a large screen, while employees from across the country, including Jeju Island, participated in the communication from various free locations.
The event was conducted by filling an image shaped like a brain structure with the main interests of MZ generation employees. It was filled with sincere experiences and stories of the MZ generation, such as childcare, foreign language learning, financial management, marriage, and work-life balance.
When a participant shared the difficulties of being a working mom, Chairman Yoon said, “Although things have improved compared to before, it is still true that social consideration and institutional support for working moms are insufficient. Once KB Financial completes the new Yeouido headquarters building, we plan to install childcare facilities at the Yeouido headquarters, and based on a corporate culture that considers working moms, we will continue to expand institutional support.”
