Two Discussion Sessions Each in Music, Theater, and Visual Arts, Plus Online Network Party... Free Participation, Register by September 6 on 'Eventus Homepage'
[Asia Economy Reporter Jongil Park] Gwanak-gu (Mayor Park Junhee) will hold the ‘Gwanak Youth Culture and Arts Coexistence Table’ online in a non-face-to-face format to explore ways for youth and cultural artists to come together and gradually develop Gwanak-gu’s 2030 youth culture and arts.
The ‘Gwanak Youth Culture and Arts Coexistence Table’ aims to activate communication among youth through free and creative discussions, implement cultural and artistic policies that they can feel, and establish a foundation for youth governance in Gwanak-gu.
The ‘Gwanak Youth Culture and Arts Coexistence Table’ will be held twice for each of the three themes?music, theater, and fine arts?every Tuesday from September 8 to October 20, from 8 PM to 10 PM, using the online meeting program (ZOOM) in a non-face-to-face format.
Additionally, facilitators are assigned for each theme to ensure smooth discussions, and on November 10, an online network party will be held to share the achievements and results of the discussions conducted so far.
The ‘Gwanak Youth Culture and Arts Coexistence Table’ is open to anyone aged 19 to 39 who resides or is active in Gwanak-gu.
Applications can be submitted through the Eventus website from August 12 to September 6.
Mayor Park Junhee said, “I hope this Gwanak Youth Culture and Arts Coexistence Table will greatly contribute to expanding cultural and artistic empathy and forming social networks among Gwanak-gu youth,” adding, “We will continue to establish policies based on the new and innovative ideas of youth and discover policies to support youth moving toward their dreams.”
