FSS Provides Comprehensive Financial Consultation in Heavy Rainfall-Affected Areas from 20th to 27th
[Asia Economy Reporter Park Sun-mi] The Financial Supervisory Service (FSS) announced that, following the recent heavy rains which led to some areas being declared special disaster zones and caused property and human damage, it will provide financial consultations for the affected regions from the 20th to the 27th.
On the 19th, the FSS stated that during the period from the 20th to the 27th, it will visit the heavy rain-affected areas (Namwon, Gokseong, Gurye, Hadong, Chungju, Cheorwon) using the Financial Sarangbang Bus and offer comprehensive financial consultations to residents and small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the affected regions.
The 'On-site Dedicated Support Team,' composed of FSS support staff, the Integrated Support Center for Low-income Finance, and employees from major banks and insurance companies, will conduct on-site consultations regarding insurance claims for vehicle flood damage, loan consultations and extensions for recovery efforts, and other related matters. Residents and SMEs in the affected areas who wish to receive financial consultations related to flood damage can board the Financial Sarangbang Bus and have one-on-one consultations with professional advisors.
