View original image[Asia Economy Reporter Minyoung Kim] Due to rain that started falling early on the 15th, the water level of the Han River has risen, and pedestrian access to Jamsu Bridge is once again restricted. A heavy rain advisory has been issued for the Seoul metropolitan area.
As of 8:30 a.m. that day, the water level at Jamsu Bridge was 5.65 m, which is below the vehicle restriction threshold (6.2 m or higher) but exceeds the pedestrian restriction threshold (5.5 m or higher).

Among major road sections in Seoul, as of 8:30 a.m., the underpasses of Yangjaecheon Bridge and Yeongdong 1 Bridge are closed in both directions. Considering the heavy rain situation, the city is restricting access to 19 streams including Yangjaecheon, Yeouicheon, Hongjecheon, and Dorimcheon.
