Mirae Asset Daewoo Offers Online ETF Fee Reduction Benefits for Direct Pension Customers
[Asia Economy Reporter Song Hwajeong] Mirae Asset Daewoo announced on the 14th that it will hold an online exchange-traded fund (ETF) trading fee event for direct pension customers until the end of December next year.
This event lowers the online ETF trading fee rate from the existing 0.014% to 0.0040305% (subject to change), a 71% reduction, allowing customers to benefit when trading ETFs online through their direct pension savings accounts.
Yoon Sanghwa, Head of Digital Business Division at Mirae Asset Daewoo, said, “A significant portion of direct pension savings assets are managed through ETFs, and as new customers continue to join, we expect many customers to benefit. Mirae Asset Daewoo provides various assets necessary for retirement preparation, including ETFs, and we hope this will bring a wave of change to the pension savings market, which has been dominated by interest rate-linked products.”
