Gyeongnam Haman-gun to Conduct Community Health Survey This Year
Planning to Implement Customized Health Projects Based on Residents' Health Status Assessment
[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Hwang Choi Hyun-joo] Haman-gun, Gyeongnam announced on the 13th that it will conduct the ‘2020 Haman-gun Community Health Survey’ to assess the health level of local residents and implement customized public health projects.
The survey period is from the 16th of this month to October 31, and the target is 900 adults aged 19 or older selected by sampling from household members.
The survey will be conducted through one-on-one interviews by professionally trained investigators who visit the selected households after sending notification letters.
The survey covers health behaviors such as COVID-19, smoking, drinking, diet, and exercise, chronic diseases such as hypertension and diabetes, medical service usage, quality of life, and social physical environment. The results will be used only for the purpose of producing health statistics.
