[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Ji-hee] Citro?n announced on the 10th that it will hold an exclusive promotion for its sports utility vehicle (SUV) lineup called 'Comfort Family Day' for two weeks until the 23rd on 11st, the largest online shopping mall in Korea. The plan is to launch a special discount event for the representative SUV lineup in time for the peak vacation season when outdoor activities increase.
During the event period, Citro?n will sell 500,000 KRW discount coupons for the C5 Aircross SUV, C3 Aircross SUV, and C4 Cactus on 11st at a 60% discounted price of 200,000 KRW. Customers using PSA Finance will receive an additional discount of up to 4.5 million KRW. Applying the 30% reduction in individual consumption tax, customers can receive benefits of up to 5.3 million KRW.
In this case, the C5 Aircross SUV priced at 42.5 million KRW can be purchased for 36,916,000 KRW after a discount of 5.58 million KRW; the C3 Aircross SUV priced at 31.7 million KRW can be purchased for 27,535,200 KRW after a discount of 4.16 million KRW; and the C4 Cactus priced at 32.5 million KRW can be purchased for 29,513,600 KRW after a discount of 2.95 million KRW. This promotion is limited to certain models of the 1.5 Shine trim.
Additionally, customers who purchase through 11st will receive Citro?n goods worth 250,000 KRW, including a set of six miniatures, keyrings, grip-toks, and postcards produced in collaboration with artists.
