Actors Kim Sang-kyung, Lee Sun-bin, Yoon Kyung-ho, and Seo Young-hee join forces in the film Gyun. The original work is a novel of the same name by writer So Jae-won. It reveals the truth behind a case where victims exist but perpetrators do not, and informs the world of the ongoing suffering.
The humidifier disinfectant incident was a tragedy in 2011 where many mothers and infants died from lung damage or suffered systemic diseases. It was only five years after the incident that a dedicated investigation team was formed and the largest perpetrating company was punished.

Kim Sang-kyung plays trauma center doctor Jung Tae-hoon, who lost his wife to lung disease and faces the risk of losing his son as well. Seo Young-hee portrays Jung Tae-hoon’s wife, Han Gil-joo. Lee Sun-bin takes on the role of Han Young-joo, a lawyer who became one after her sister’s death, and Yoon Kyung-ho plays Seo Woo-sik, a manager at the humidifier disinfectant manufacturing company.
