View original image[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Seo Young-seo] Yeongam-gun, Jeollanam-do (Governor Jeon Dong-pyeong) announced on the 6th that it completed the installation of nighttime landscape lighting at the county office building on the 5th to provide nighttime resting spaces and visual attractions for residents and employees.
The county invested 160 million KRW to complete the nighttime landscape lighting around the county office building, which had been dark and inconvenient to pass through due to the lack of special lighting other than street lamps, enabling residents and employees passing by to use the county office more safely and comfortably.
The newly installed nighttime landscape lighting minimizes floodlights on the exterior walls of the office building to create a cozy and comfortable atmosphere for viewers, avoiding colorful and flashy displays.
Additionally, the lighting was designed to effectively express the greenery and natural beauty of the pine tree in front of the office building, symbolizing the 11 towns and townships, emphasizing three-dimensionality. It is set to automatically turn on at sunset and automatically turn off late at night considering light pollution and the growth of trees.
In particular, convenience facilities such as benches will be maintained in the future to create a comfortable resting space for residents and employees.
