This service targets all Winia Dimchae and Winia Daewoo products damaged by flooding or malfunction due to the heavy rains. Repair services will be provided only to customers who apply by the 14th.
The eligible products include the kimchi refrigerator 'Dimchae', premium refrigerator 'Proud', 'Winia Air Conditioner', 'Winia Air Purifier', electric pressure rice cooker 'Dimchae Cook', all Winia Dimchae products, and all Classe products from Winia Daewoo such as TVs, refrigerators, washing machines, dryers, ovens, and microwaves.
For large and heavy products such as Dimchae, Proud, Classe refrigerators, and Winia air conditioners, repair technicians will visit the homes directly to perform repairs as a principle.
Relatively easy-to-transport small products can be brought by customers to the Winia Aid Service Center for service. Damaged products will first undergo cleaning and drying before repairs are carried out, and normal use testing will also be supported.
This service is completely free of charge regardless of the product warranty period. For parts costs, products within the warranty period are free, and for products beyond the warranty period, 50% of the cost will be supported. Customers who wish to use the service can receive detailed information and directions to the nearest center through the Winia Aid call center.
