Supreme Court Publishes Annotated Civil Code: Family and Inheritance Section

This commentary includes not only Supreme Court precedents but also the latest rulings from lower courts.
It also provides detailed descriptions of family litigation procedures, which the Supreme Court explained would be practically helpful to legal practitioners such as lawyers.
