SK Broadband Launches 'The Slim Plan'
[Asia Economy Reporter Koo Chae-eun] SK Broadband has launched an online-exclusive 'The Slim Plan'.
'The Slim Plan' is a pricing plan that offers a discount equivalent to the value of gifts as a subscription benefit to customers who sign up for high-speed internet and IPTV through non-face-to-face channels. In response to the untact trend caused by the novel coronavirus disease (COVID-19), the plan expands the range of benefits by providing discounts equivalent to the value of gifts to customers.
For example, if a customer subscribes to a bundled product of Giga Internet and B tv Lite under 'The Slim Plan', they receive a monthly discount of 13,200 KRW for three years, totaling a discount of 475,200 KRW. Additionally, if the customer uses SK Telecom mobile services, they can receive an extra discount for wired and wireless bundling, and with affiliated credit card discounts applied, they can use high-speed internet and IPTV for about 4,000 KRW per month, equivalent to the price of a cup of coffee.
