Naju City Holds Awards Ceremony for 'Local Food Consumer UCC Contest'
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kim Yukbong] Naju City, Jeollanam-do (Mayor Kang In-gyu) announced on the 31st that it held an award ceremony for the ‘Local Food Consumer UCC Contest’ at the Bitgaram branch of the local food direct store.
This contest was held from the 15th of last month to the 10th of this month to celebrate surpassing 10,000 local food consumer members this year.
Also, the contest called for various formats of UCC content such as videos within 2 minutes and vlogs on themes like ‘Reasons for liking Naju local food’ and ‘How to use local food,’ focusing on the advantages and public value of local food as experienced by consumers in daily life.
The city conducted a preference vote among all members of the Naju local food official SNS (Band) to ensure fair and transparent judging out of a total of 120 submissions.
The final winners (titles) were five people: ▲ Park Jumi (A Happy Table Set with Local Food) ▲ Yoon Hyunjung (Healthy Brunch Made with Local Food) ▲ Jung Hyunjung (Cooking a Happy Table for 7,500 Won) ▲ Jang Seheon (Local Food Exploration) ▲ Choi Kyunghee (Bitgaram-dong Local Food Store Vlog), each receiving a small amount of Naju Love Gift Certificates.
The winning works were evaluated as creatively capturing the advantages and charm of Naju local food by presenting diverse cooking recipes using local food ingredients and lively vlog videos of the direct store interior.
The city plans to post the winning works on the city hall website and official SNS channels to use them as promotional content for Naju local food.
