'Mi 10 Lite Launch' Xiaomi Offers AS Service at KT Direct Stores Nationwide
[Asia Economy Reporter Joselgina] Xiaomi announced on the 30th that it has secured over 250 AS service centers nationwide through a contract with KT.
Going forward, KT customers who purchase the Xiaomi Mi 10 Lite model will be able to receive defect diagnosis, defect confirmation certificate issuance, and AS courier service at more than 250 KT directly operated stores nationwide. The service is aimed to start within August.
Additionally, Xiaomi plans to offer AS courier application services through over 20,000 GS25 or CU convenience stores nationwide to enhance customer convenience.
The existing service through 32 official Xiaomi AS centers operated by SK Networks Service will also continue.
