Hanwha Construction's 'Forena' Gets a New Look
[Asia Economy Reporter Onyu Lim] Hanwha Construction has developed a new exterior design for its premium residential brand FORENA.
Hanwha Construction announced on the 15th that it has completed the development of the 'FORENA Exterior Design' and plans to apply it sequentially to future sales projects.
Since launching FORENA last year, Hanwha Construction has been developing a design that can showcase the unique value and identity of FORENA. The goal is to differentiate it from other apartments at a glance and to make it recognizable as an apartment featuring FORENA's premium design.
The FORENA Exterior Design developed by Hanwha Construction consists of the building's exterior color design called 'FORENA Signature Skin,' entrance design called 'FORENA Face,' and designs for the low-rise sections and building entrances.
These elements connect and expand from the apartment entrances to the pilotis, each building's entrance, building facade colors and patterns, and logos, establishing a beautiful design world unique to FORENA. In particular, the FORENA Exterior Design will be applied exclusively to FORENA products through design rights registration.
The exterior color concept expressed in the FORENA Signature Skin is restrained beauty. Additionally, FORENA Blue and Gold colors, which symbolize the FORENA brand, along with FORENA patterns, are used as accents to strengthen brand identity.
FORENA Face is a gate design that expresses a distinctive face from the entrance by combining a luxurious styling using FORENA’s unique patterns with a restrained and sophisticated gatepost. It is designed to be completed as a large-scale gate symbolizing a landmark by incorporating architectural elements such as security offices, commercial spaces, neighborhood facilities, and bus stations depending on the situation.
Furthermore, designs for key low-rise spaces that attract residents’ attention, such as building entrances, pilotis, elevator halls, and low-rise exterior walls, have been developed to establish a unified and neat sophistication throughout the entire complex.
Hanwha Construction plans to adjust and apply the newly developed FORENA Exterior Design sequentially according to the characteristics of future FORENA apartment sales.
