Martial Arts, Signing of 'Business Agreement to Support Overseas Expansion of Firefighting Companies'
[Asia Economy Reporter Hwang Yoon-joo] On the 13th, the Korea International Trade Association (KITA) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Korea Fire Institute (KFI) in Yongin, Gyeonggi Province, to strengthen support for on-tact marketing in the fire industry.
About 20 officials, including KITA Vice Chairman Han Jin-hyun and KFI Director Kwon Soon-kyung, attended the signing ceremony. Through this MOU, the association will support the establishment of an online exhibition hall for the fire industry, overseas marketing for fire companies, and non-face-to-face (Untact), online (Online)-centered on-tact (On-tact) marketing, as well as provide support for global fire industry trends and education.

Kim Hyun-chul, head of KITA's Global Marketing Division, said, "Many companies have passed fire testing certification and possess excellent products but are still limited to the domestic market." He added, "We will actively support global market entry by utilizing the association’s B2B and B2C online platforms and overseas networks, focusing on fire extinguishing devices, alarm devices, flame retardant and fireproof products, and fire-fighting supplies."
