According to the Daejeon Regional Meteorological Administration on the 13th, Daejeon recorded a cumulative rainfall of 131.2mm as of 8 a.m. that day.
Due to the monsoon rain, the Geumgang Flood Control Office issued a flood advisory for Gapcheon Mannyeon Bridge as of 8:30 a.m. that day.
Earlier, Daejeon City fully closed the Daejeoncheon underpass road from 6 a.m., and from 7:30 a.m., traffic under the Gapcheon Bridge (underpass) has been completely prohibited.
