Ocean World Develops Korea's First Water Play Mask... Free Distribution
From the 11th, one ticket per person for users
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Heung-soon] Ocean World announced on the 9th that it has developed a water play mask and will distribute it free of charge to water park visitors starting from the 11th.
The water play mask is named 'Ocean Mask'. It was jointly created by Ocean World and Sono Industry, the first of its kind in Korea. The material consists of ultra-fine fibers that are 1/100 the thickness of human hair and breathable mesh fabric. The mask can be hung around the neck using straps, and the strap length can be adjusted with a stopper.
Ocean World explained, "The mask maintains its performance even when the surface is wet or exposed to high temperature and humidity, allowing safe wear in locker rooms, showers, and while riding attractions." This product will be distributed free of charge, one per person, on-site when visiting Ocean World.
Additionally, to ensure a safe and comfortable water park environment, Ocean World has newly introduced an automatic combined residual chlorine meter to thoroughly manage water quality. The chlorine used to eliminate underwater bacteria and viruses is produced by electrolyzing edible salt. The company added that this is safer compared to chemical agents.
