3 Additional COVID-19 Cases in Seoul... Total 1,375 Confirmed
[Asia Economy Reporter Jang Hyowon] Three new confirmed cases of COVID-19 were added in Seoul on the 6th.
According to Seoul City, as of 6 PM on the day, the cumulative number of confirmed COVID-19 cases in Seoul reached 1,375, an increase of 3 from midnight.
Among the additional confirmed cases, Jungnang 42, who lives in Muk 2-dong, Jungnang-gu, is a family member of an existing confirmed case.
Jungnang 42 tested negative at Seoul Medical Center on the 3rd of this month, but developed a fever the next evening, and the second test conducted at Jungnang-gu Public Health Center on the 5th was confirmed positive on the day.
Among Jungnang 42’s family, Jungnang 36, an employee at the Kyobo Life Insurance call center located in Gangbuk-gu, was confirmed positive on the 3rd, followed by Jungnang 37 to 39 on the 4th, and Jungnang 40 and 41 on the 5th. Among them, 39, 40, and 41 attend Mukhyun Elementary School.
