NH Nonghyup Bank Holds 'DT Innovation Idea Contest'
Customer Collaboration 'DT (Digital Transformation)' Innovation Idea Contest
[Asia Economy Reporter Kangwook Cho] NH Nonghyup Bank announced on the 5th that it will hold the 'DT Innovation Idea Contest' with customers until the 31st to provide customer-centered digital financial services.
The contest fields include non-face-to-face channels (Nonghyup Internet Banking, NH Smart Banking, All One Bank) for ▲ service/design improvement suggestions ▲ (new) financial product ideas ▲ new service ideas such as digital new technologies and killer services. Participation is possible through each non-face-to-face channel event page.
Customers selected for the best idea will receive a prize of 1 million KRW, and 50 participants will be drawn to receive Starbucks gift certificates (10,000 KRW). The selection results will be separately notified on August 21.
