Gyeonggi Office of Education Publishes Manual for Private School Facility Construction
[Asia Economy (Suwon) = Reporter Lee Young-gyu] The Gyeonggi Provincial Office of Education has published the '2020 Private School Facility Construction Manual' to enhance the expertise of private school facility managers and to ensure efficient project execution.
The manual revises the 'Private School Facility Project Management Manual' originally published in April 2012 to align with current standards, aiming to improve the appropriateness of project execution, reduce the workload of managers, and prevent poor construction in advance.
The revised manual is systematically organized according to the project sequence from planning to completion, including ▲facility construction procedures ▲design phase ▲supervision phase ▲construction phase ▲reference materials ▲standard construction work forms.
In particular, it enhances practicality by adding legal review items for the design phase, key inspection points for each construction category during the construction phase, Q&A to resolve inquiries, and standard construction work forms.
