According to political circles on the 3rd, the National Assembly Budget and Accounts Special Committee's budget adjustment subcommittee finalized a plan to cut 200 billion won from the government's submitted 35.3 trillion won. The subcommittee, composed only of Democratic Party members, began the supplementary budget review process over three days starting from the 1st.
