On the 3rd, the Seoul Suseo Police Station announced that they had sent Kim Mo (23) to the prosecution with charges including obstruction of official duties by deception.

Kim was discharged in March and is currently a civilian. The police applied for an arrest warrant for Kim on the 22nd of last month, and the court issued the warrant, stating that "the case is serious as it undermines the fairness of university admissions."
